2024-2025 Preschool Registration
Preschool Registration is now open!
Please follow these steps to register your child for fall classes:
1. Fill out the online Google Form Questionnaire. Be sure to include a first and second choice. This will hold your spot while you submit the rest of the materials.

2. After submitting the online questionnaire, download and print the paper application by clicking on the appropriate age of your child as of 9/1/24:

Read through the cover letter of the application. Fill out the application form and return it to Jefferson Learning Center, along with the accompanying documents requested on the cover sheet. (Note - we are only requesting a copy of your child's birth certificate.)
